The role of every position at Westfields Play & Learn is to interact with children in a positive and respective manner. Everyone provides love, attention, and positive interaction with all children in the center.

Teacher
Teacher responsibilities include curriculum development and implementation, classroom management, implementation of health and safety policies, and parent/child/staff communications.

Assistant Teacher
Assistant teacher responsibilities involve positive classroom interaction, curriculum implementation, maintenance of health and safety polices, and parent/child/staff communications.
